At Door to Door Solutions, we consider it our job to know the residences and those who manage the maintenance free, retirement and assisted living communities our clients will be calling their new home. It is important to us to establish these relationships as these individuals are involved in the communications and moving process too.

We routinely meet with Executive and Admissions Directors, as well as others in the communities to which our clients will be moving to remain informed and up-to-date as to the move-in protocol for each property. This information serves to better streamline the move-in process and alleviate additional stress if details are overlooked.

Setting Standards for Senior Move Management 
We attend conferences regularly to continually expand our knowledge and understand the needs of seniors, empty nesters and singles from a move management as well as both emotional and physical standpoints. Owner Katie Hamann sits on the board of directors of the National Association of Senior Move Managers. This position puts Door to Door Solutions at the forefront of the industry.
